Abstract: | Sir, A 55-year-old male born in Vietnam, with known chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL) monitored without therapy, presented with new fevers, night sweats, loss of weight and retroperitoneal lymphadenopathy. He was subsequently diagnosed with herpes simplex virus (HSV) lymphadenitis based on histopathological findings.
