Abstract: Case Report of 79 year old patient presenting with nausea and episode of hematemesis while receiving chemotherapy for low volume metastatic transitional cell carcinoma. PillCam was deployed and active bleeding from an arteriovenous malformation was seen. A small bowel resection and histopathology confirmed the presence of multiple AVMs.
