Sparing of erectile nerves during radical prostatectomy for prostate cancer is important for recovery of potency. The technique maybe varied to achieve a more aggressive nerve spare, but this may result in an increased positive surgical margin rate (+SM). This study assessed the impact of the type of nerve sparing at Robot Assisted Radical Prostatectomy (RARP) on +SM rates and post operative potency.en_US
