Abstract: | Aim: The purpose of this research study is to explore the impact that a co-ordinated overnight care meeting at a metropolitan hospital may have on improving the efficiency of ED patient flow, to assess the impact on the early identification and consequent management of patients who are at risk of clinical deterioration and to describe any impact there may be on junior doctor supervision and clinical support overnight. |
