Abstract: The role and extent of pelvic lymph node dissection (PLND) for clinically localized prostate cancer (Pca) remains an issue for debate. We aimed to determine the incidence of PLN involvement and the complication rate of extended PLND (ePLND) in men with high risk Pca undergoing robotic assisted radical prostatectomy (RARP) and ePLND.
